Connect the camera to the computer and if you have the CD containing the
appropriate driver software insert it and in Start\Control Panel\Scanners
and Cameras\Add new image hardware\ follow the wizard indications, it will
probably install the driver from the CD or give you the option to select it
from the CD.
To use the camera click on the created object and click on help if you have
to, to learn the commands. To retrieve pictures out of video you may need
an application.. there are a lot of them out there, search around.
