Downloading home update on work (faster) computer

Hi there want to download, eg Service PAck 4 or 3, for my
home version of Win200 prof. However I am only on 56kb
connections. So what i thought is that I would download it
at work (120MBPS!!!!) connection and then take it home.

but.....msn insist on sending the files 'that you need' as
opposed to all and letting me decide!!!

So is there a way round or not???

Try: www.download.com
in the search box type: Windows 2000 SP4

Download is 130MB

There is also a place on the Microsoft website for corporate users, but I
can never remember the address.
