Downloading from windows website

Hello,

Whenever I try to download ANYTHING from the windows website, i.e. Media
Center 11, The next page always says " the page cannot be displayed". I've
tried everything. I have no problem with Microsoft Update, and other sites.

HELP !!

Thanks, but I applied the hotfix mentioned, and it didn't help. Any other
suggestions?
