I found a commerical on a website that is shown through
Windows Media Player. I want to burn that commercial onto
a disk to be played using a DVD player. How do I do that?

Depends on what you want to burn it on and what you have in the way of
hardware... if you have a DVD burner, you re-encode the file with your DVD
software and burn as a DVD....

If you only have a CD burner, you burn it as a VCD or SVCD.

Either way, you should have permission since you do not own the rights to
the commercial in question.
