Downloading DirectX

I wish to download and save DirectX 9.0b to a folder on my hard drive. Can
someone kindly tell me how to save the download? I can only download and
install the application, I don't get the option to save the file.

It's on the MS site,

It's on the right hand side and the download is around 35MB. As the URL
