Downloading BCM for mobile Device

Apologies for the ignorant question however I did not understand the
instructions for downloading the BCM for mobile devices. Do I download to my
pc hard drive or directly to the mobile device?

Instructions:
To install this download:

Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the
file to your hard disk.

I think you harddisk is on your PC.

After you download and open the file the install wizard will guide you to
connect your device and Active Sync will install this app on your mobile
device. Just follow the on screen instructions and all will be well. If you
