downloading and installing desktop themes

can someone tell me where to download desktop themes so that they will go
into my display?every time that i download a desktop theme i cannot find it
in my display

You can save it where ever you want, to access those files, Right
click->properties and select themes tab. In the drop-down list box, select
browse and navigate to find your theme file in the downloaded location.
