downloading active statements not working now

I updated windows XP and got the ms update with built-in
popup stopper and stuff and now I can't download my bank
statements for money 2003 anymore. When I try some
window flashes for a split second and then nothing
happens. Any ideas.

Add https://www.mybank.com/* to Trusted Sites. Hold down the control
key when clicking on the log-in link.

I tried that and it didn't work. When I get my bank
statement I go to my bank's website (citibank) in i.e.
and click on the link for the money download. until this
update, it money would automatically ask me what account
to link the download to (if money was running). Now I
just flashes some screen and does nothing. I also added
my banks website to the trusted sites list and it still
does it.
 
I've had the same problem ever since I installed SP2. I believe I've finally
figured it out. You need to break the file assiociation of .ofx. Once you
do that go to your bank and download the file. Windows will ask you what to
do with it and bang you are back in business.
