hi,
i recently built a website on my work computer. I have it saved on my
computer at work. i went home and tried to download the website so i could
keep it up and it doesn't work. i am new at this stuff and i may have
forgotten a step or two. this is what i know: open frontpage, go to file,
open web , that is as far as i get. what am i doing wrong. as far as this
website i have never opened it on this computer so i don't know if i am
missing a step. can anyone help me?

When you get to there, input the URL of the online web and press
enter.

Regards Jens Peter Karlsen. Microsoft MVP - Frontpage.

Go home.
Open FP
Open Web/site
type in http://www.whatever.xxx If your server has FP extensions
then you'll get prompt for un/pw
the next thing you'll see is your web on the server

If you want to bring it to your machine, then you'd Publish it to your home
machine from there (File | Publish Web/Site).

| when i get to where? where should i put it? thank you for helping
