Downloading a File to a Specific Location

Does anyone have any Ideas on how to Downloaf a File off my Domain and store
it to a Specific Temp Folder on the Local Computers. I am looking to create
an online program to do a batch download of several .txt files to several
remote Computers. Any help will be great.
