downloading a file from the internet

Hi,
I have developed an Access application that is linked to an Excel
spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is regularly updated and new updates are
available on a HTTP server. Is there an easy way of regularly checking for
updates and downloading the file to my Access application working directory?
