I am unable to download a CSV file. I think I have a file missing as I get
the following error msg: "c:\documents and settings\...\local
settings\temporary internet files\content.IE5\........csv could not be
found. Check the spelling of the file name and verify that the file locatin
is correct. If you are trying to open th file from your list of most
recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been
renamed, moved or deleted"

I think I may have deleted a from the above directly by mistake.

Please can you let me know how to fix this?

Thank you very much in advance.

Download from where? You are currently trying to open a file from the
Temporary Internet Files directory, which is normally cleaned out
regularly (or at least it should be). Download the file from the
website to your desktop instead. Then you will find it easily. You can
open a CSV file (comma separated values) with a spreadsheet program
like Excel.

I am downloading from IE. It is a telephone bill that I want to download
and print.

Thank you

Then right-click on the file in IE and choose "Save Target As" and choose
somewhere where you can easily find it on your HDD.

Thanks, I know that this is another option but would like to be able to open
the file as well.

After you've downloaded the file - and do it the way that Gordon said to
- then you can open it with a compatible program like Excel, OpenOffice
Spreadsheet, or even the Works Spreadsheet.
