Do I have to burn the file to a DVD or can it be burned to a CD?
I Read somewhere before I downloaded that they suggested this.

I also notice the file name ends with DVD.

Many Thanks,

jack....new to Beta testing and VERY excited to be part of the group!

Needs to be DVD. Open up your disc burning program and choose the option to
burn ISO or disc image. Its important you choose to burn iso (or image
file) and do not simply copy the file to disc.
What DVD creation software do you have?

Thanks Beck.....I have never used DVD burning software on my pc. It is
DVD/CD ROM / Samsung ...I don't think it's a DVD Burner. =(

I have used WMP 11 for burning music.

Is there anything out there in freeware that I could use?

Thanks,

jack

Windows Vista Build 5536 is 2.58 GB's File Size, a CD only holds 700 MB's

Hello Kevin,

Quit being so immature and actually be nice when you try to help people.
Go back to the hole you came from. You are really starting to annoy me. This
newsgroup is here to help people and you're like "do the math, just fyi".
That is the wrong attitude to have. Unless you are going to start helping
people and stop bragging about how you got reaccepted into the TechBeta,
I am going to ask you to leave.

Your reply to Jack Barrett is unacceptable. He admitted that he is "new to
Beta testing" yet you have replied with a curt and uncourteous reply. For
goodness sake the guy even stated he is "VERY excited to be part of the
group!" and that's the way you treat him!.

You are part of the Technical Beta Testers group *again* after leaving, then
'crying' until they let you back in, so do us all a favour and restrict your
posts to their private newsgroups.

I see your question has been answered Jack.
Welcome to the newsgroup, hope you enjoy the 'ride'.

Many thanks for the positive and not so positive responses!

The negative stuff just teaches me what NOT to do and how I may help other
newbie's with positive feedback to the Beta group!
I am looking forward to being part of the final Vista release!

Peace,

jack
