Downloaded photos

We just downloaded a file of photos with .zip at the end. It took about 55 minutes to download, then a message popped up saying .zip file is invalid file. So we had nothing. What happened. Can anyone help? Linda

If you mean you downloaded a zip file and dub clicked it and got that
message, you need to install a unzipper. You can find them doing a google
search, and most are free. If that is not the case, you probably just have a
corrupted file and will have to re-download. This is common for dial up if
that is what you are using.
