Downloaded outlook backup program but

it does not show up on the file menu after it installs. I have office 2003 and am running windows XP. Can someone tell me what might be the problem? Is there another way to get the backup program to run?
 
Was this utility installed before or after you installed Office 2003? If it was installed before October 31,
2003, it may be that the version of the utility has not been updated. If this is the case, use the following
link to update:

Otherwise, you may have a corrupted profile. Try creating a new profile to see if the same issue
occurs.
