Downloaded ie7 and cant find it

I currently use firefox but need IE7 for an online course I am taking. I
have downloaded it, validated it, restarted my computer and now I can't find
it anywhere. Please help me!
 
You need to learn how to place download files in a location that you can remember.
My Documents would be a good place if you are not skilled in file management.

Use Windows Explorer (found in the START - Accessories) and look in the Windows Folder for a folder
called "download installations" or "download program files".

Look here:
C:\Documents and settings\Username\Temp
C:\Windows\Temp =

Search for IE7 and it will bring you the folder.
Go to the download site and it will detect that you have the IE, Note the
location then try to open it from there:
