downloaded file won't extract

After downloading the new update for Norton System Works I can not get it to
extract. I get an error that states "could not locate automated class named
Wscript.shell".

John, thanks for the suggestion. I probably spent three hours trying to
communicate with "India" this afternoon on the subject. All I got was passed
around and connections lost. I was anywhere from 2 to 66 in the queue
depending on when I logged in. I even called Gateway the manufacturer of my
computer and was told it was a Microsoft issue. I called Microsoft and was
told to call Gateway or pay $59 to talk to someone. So, here I am, trying to
figure out what is wrong on my own.....
