I work for a software company that has an application, Analytica, that
uses the *.ana file association. After clicking a link and downloading
one of our model files, and clicking 'open', TWO instances Analytica
are launched with the downloaded file loaded.
I'm aware there are some simple workd arounds, like saving the file,
then opening it. But we'd really like it if only one instance of IE
was launched when someone clicks 'open' in IE.
I saw several posts from people that we're having a similar problem,
but none of them had a good response, so I thought I would try again.
Perhaps this is a registry issue, not sure. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
Cheers,
Fred
