Download Vista

Is the Vista Beta 2 not available for download now? I am trying with my
download manager, but I keep getting an error that the server is busy.
Anywhere else in the web where I can download this product besides the
Microsoft Server?

If I could I would order the cd, but I can't because I don't have a credit
card, and there is no option to pay with cash, or other ways to pay.

I would apreciate it if someone can help about this. Although, if anyone
offers to give me a copy of this product on any way or form I will apreciate
it.

There is a red-letter notice on the Microsoft Vista page that the servers
are overloaded and requesting that users order the dvd.
