Download to client does not work

Have installed SUS on a server, and sync. from MS site
works fine. Have set up the same server as client, but it
does not work.
Here's two lines from c:\winnt\windows update.log:
1)Failed to download iuident.cab from shintra to
C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\V4 (Error 0x80072EE6)
2)Ignore above error, use local copy of iuident.cab from
C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\V4
Then it starts Querying software from
https://a248.e.akamai.net/... which will not work.

What is Error 0x80072EE6 ?
