download the software "outlook express"

Hi folks,
Does anyone know that I can download the "outlook express" from
somewhere?

My friend just sent me a huge "*.pst" file and when I was to open it,
it looks for this software.

..pst files are used by Outlook, not Outlook Express. It
is not available as a free download.
