Download settings...

I am not sure how this got screwed up but I can no
longer save my downloads on my desktop.My puter just
skips through the usual prompt about "Would you like to
save...Etc." and opens it.I download a lot of stuff for
the game The Sims and I find this new development a huge
hassle.Any idea how I can get that prompt back again?

Folder Options> File Types. Scroll down to the file type that you are
getting your downloads in. Example: ZIP files. Click the Advanced button. On
the screens that appear, place a check in the box next to "Confirm open
after download."
