do I fix this?

Hi Jeremy,

To get the download dialog box, enable the "confirm open after download"
option for that filetype:

Click "Start" -> "Program Files" -> "Windows Explorer".

Then click "Tools" -> "Folder Options".

Change to the "File Type" tabs.

Scroll down to locate the file type. Highlight the filetype (example :"PPT
Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation") and click the "Advanced" button.

Then check the option "confirm open after download".

Also, set the "NoSelectDownloadDir" to "0"

Hi,

You most likely unchecked the [ ] Always ask checkbox for that particular
filetype.

Go to Windows Explorer, Tools, Folder Options, File Types. Drill down to the
filetype you are talking about, Advanced, [x] Confirm open after download.

Kind regards
