Download problem

Whenever I try to download the Microsoft updates, I get an error message.
 
Any particular error message, or should the audience just sort of guess?
 
I dont know what it is about Windows newsgroups, but they seem to not
get the point of news groups. In order to get help you have to post the
error messages, detailed descrip of prob, etc. How the heck are we
supposed to know what to suggest to a problem described like this!!!!!
 
It could be worse. He could've just said "I'm having some sort of trouble
with Windows". :-)

I'm having trouble with windows, I can't get the screen out so I can wash
the outside of the window.

Reinstall WordPerfect version 5.1. Let us know how that goes for you. :-)
