download outlook calender information into another program

I am working on a project to utilize outlook for appointment scheduling in a
service based business. Is there a way I can download daily calendar activity
into a word based program that is more user friendly for printing and
information sharing purposes.

File>Import and Export>Export to a file perhaps?
