Download option gone... weird [CJV

Umm I dont know how it happened but when I try to download things I cant
single click on the link any more to download it. Also right click "save as"
doesnt appear to come up as an option.

I may have disabled this some how. Anyone know how this may be resolved?
 
internet options-advanced check to see if the download
box is checked. or check for scumware on your system
and/or run chkdisk to try to fix the file.
 
hmmm cant seem to fix it any other suggestions?
