Download on MS website is corrupt?

I found this in the discussion group, which I hoped would be the answer to my
oversized .PST file problem. But when I tried to run the file, I get an error
telling me it's not a valid file format. What's up with that?

Any help or suggestions?

Try this - but you might lose some data from the pst

make a backup of your corrupted pst, before proceeding.

No corruption here. Empty your cache of whatever browser you are using and
download it again.
