Download Mobile Redistributable 3.5

Hi Community,

as written in the Subject, i am looking for a download for
the Redistrubutible SQL mobile 3.5 f.i. as cab.
I do not want tha a customer of mine will install it via active sync
the whole package (23MB) that is shown here:

I am looking for a smaller Redistributable that
runs only on the PocketPC

If you download the redistributable yourself it contains the .cab files, on
my machine they are in:-
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact
Edition\v3.5\Devices\wce500\armv4i\sqlce.ppc.wce5.armv4i.cab (Windows Mobile
5.0 /6)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact
Edition\v3.5\Devices\wce400\armv4\sqlce.ppc.wce4.armv4.cab (PPC 2003)
