Yes, this is what the web site says once it is translated from Russian to
English. I installed the program and yes, it is in Russian. So, if you
can read Russian, you may want to give it a go and let us know :-)

BWAHAHAHA!! Oh, yeah, I just love these translator programs on
Google! I'd be better off reading the original language before it got
mangled! At least if it's in some Latin-derived language, you might
be able to figure it out - not after Google gets done with it!

I think many of my files suffer from "shaken file syndrome". :\
