Download Manager error message

When I try to open my Download Manager in MSN I get the error message:
"Windows cannot open this file: MSNC1.downloadhost". I cannot open
the download manager or download any files. How can I rectify this
problem? I already tried a restore on my system,but that didn't
work. Thanks.

Try uninstalling the "download mgr" ,thier is simply nothing its going to do
that xp already can.....
