download lost web pages from host

Hi

Recently our old computer crashed with loss of all programs including
frontpage web sites.

How do I find and replace these web sites on a new computer after re
installing frontpage 2003.

Do the servers have FrontPage extensions??

If so, open the remote sites in FrontPage using the http:// address
and then select File > Publish Site and publish them back to your machine.

It's usually easier to create a new empty web on your machine and then publish down to it.
