Download Limit

I am using ISA Server 2000 with the MS Windows Server 2000 using the
Active Directory Installed on the DC. I want to set the limit of the
downloading that a particular user can not download more than a fix
limit. can any body help me.

Natively ISA does not support user or global bandwidth quotas. However there
are numerous 3rd party tools that specifically to give ISA that function. I
found the following inks from a simple Google search for "ISA bandwidth
quota". I ahve not used them. I suggest to read the reviews, if any, and
possibly try the eval versions.
