Once the download finishes, you can move it where ever you want.

The download folder is at:
c:\users\<your username>\downloads.

The easiest way to find it is to type c:\u, then hit tab until you see
c:\users. Type a backslash and then tab until you have the right username,
then backslash again, and d, and the tab key twice.

My documents IS on the C: drive. Just a folder on it, just not the
root folder. Do a right click on your my documents folder and you will
see where it is. Ours is c:\documents and settings\user login
name\mydocuments
Yours will be wherever your IT people put it. I have my particular
folder on a network drive so I can see it from multiple computers. But
the folder listed above is still there, just unused by me.

Have you tried calling your IT people to get them to do it? Our
anti-virus stuff downloads and installs automatically every Thursday
at work. If your pc has "issues" your IT people should be more than
happy to come fix it to keep your pc from infecting all the other pc's
on the network.
