download internet explorer 6.0 now cant send emails

I downloaded and setup internet explorer 6.0 since that
time I can not send email under either outlook express or
AOL. I can receive email and can enter email address and
subject but can not enter anything in the message box.

any suggestions?

When you try to use Outlook Express to access America Online's news server,
you may receive the following error message:
The host <news server> could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly
