download IE6 w/o internet connection

I have a laptop with an outdated IE, and when I tried to install a wireless
card, it says I need IE 5.5 or higher. I cannot get on the internet without
it, and cannot get it without the internet. Is there anyway I can get it
other than having the IE 6 CD mailed to me?

Try downloading it from your Windows disk !

Not every Windows disk has IE6 on it and particularly if it came with
an outdated version of IE.

Thanks, I was able to e-mail the file to myself from my son's pc.
It opened and I did the install without messing up my Outlook Express.
