download IE6 from ms and homepage can not be set

Hello Everyone,

I download the IE6 from microsoft. It direct me to
download from aol ftp. When I finish install, I start
open the brower every time it direct me to aol
advertisement. No matter how I reset the home page, it
will reset to aol advertisement page. Is any way to
change that? Thanks a lot.

Hello David,

I don't know of anything on the Microsoft site that points to AOL. Try
installing IE from the following link...

http://download.microsoft.com/download/ie6sp1/finrel/6_sp1/W98NT42KMeXP/EN-US/ie6setup.exe
