Download IE6 for another PC

Is there a Microsoft site that I can download IE6 SP1 for a Win98SE PC using
a WinXP PC ?
(without the "Setup has detected a later version and will close")

I want to save IE6 and OE6 to CD for re-install of Win98SE on an old P3.
