Download from Microsoft

I am still trying to help my neighbor get her computer started in Windows XP
after an installation of SP2. Microsoft suggested she download floppies to
get her computer started. They said it would take 6 floppy disks for the
info (think it was Article 30994). I tried to download to A but it was not
a download in sections and my computer said file too large for floppy. Is
there something I need to do to get this download on floppies? 4.18 MB I
know just enough about this stuff to get me in trouble. Thanks for any info
anyone has.
 
You need to download that file directly to your computer.
Then once it is downloaded, double click to start the process to make
the boot floppies.
You will be prompted when to enter each of the floppies.
