Download from Microsoft

Hi

I am trying to download the security patches from
Microsoft to the dragon-in-laws machine remotely.

Keep getting the following message

WINDOWS UPDATE ERROR

Windows update has encountered an error and cannot
display the requested page.

I know there is no problem with the site - anyone know if
there is a problem trying to do this using remote
assistance
