download error -x80072EFF

Cannot download any update. (It already worked some months
ago)
In update.log I found 0x80072EFF
I found a hint to install script 5.6 but it did not help.
In iuhist.xml I found the error code: -2147012865
What does it mean ??
What can I do to install the security updates ???
