How do I change my destination folder whne downloading formt eh INternet?
Currently any downloads go straight to the Temporary Folder.

The download is normally handled from within a Internet web browser.
Since you did not specify which browser and its version, we can not
suggest a solution.

When you download a file, choose "save" not "run". Then you get to pick the folder you want.
The computer will also remember that folder for the next download.
 
Edit this key to change the download location:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer]
"Download Directory"="C:\\Folder\\"
