Download button problems in IE6.0

When I Click on download button in my application. The screen does
nothing and a 'done' mesg appears on the bottom left corner. I dont
see Download window. Netscape and Mozilla brousers work fine. Can
anyone help me in this regard.

What application? Is it an HTTP download link or an FTP link? Is IE your
default /browser/?
