Download but with errors !!

Windows XP-HE, IE 6

When I am surfing the net I more often than not I receive
the message at the bottom with the little warning sign-
"page downloaded but with errors" I then click to refresh
and it is fine. Can someone tell me what could possibly
be causing this.

I seriously don't think it is a windows xp problem but an
IE 6 problem.

Just minor html coding errors on the page. Your browser is able to account
for it.
