Download audio codec

Hello.
I'm trying to find where can I download the codec:
codec "Sharp G.726 Audio Codec"

Windows Media Player automatically downloads and installs
it, but I would like to save it to a floppy or CD (like a
zip or exe file) so I don't need to download it for each
computer I have.
Somebody knows where to download such file(s)? like .exe
or .zip? or a web page which contains all kinds of codes?
