Download Adobe Flash

Hi, trying to download Adobe Flash, does not seem to work.
Seems to be some kind of a setting problem with IE

had tech logged onto my pc for hour last night, had same problem downloading
flash from a different pc. Adobe says... anyways, is there a setting to
allow this download to happen. 3rd party firewall was turned off. thanks

Do you mean you can't download it, you can't install it, or Flash items
don't play?
