Chandu,
If you want to remove the "Download with DAP" context menu item, install the program again and uninstall it using Add/Remove. If this does not help, use Toolbarcop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe
ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan (
www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
Manual Procedure:
1. Click [Start] [Run] type [REGEDIT]
2. Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt.
Each subkey of this key represents one menu item. Many will include an ampersand (&) to define the underlined key associated with the command.
Highlight the key you want to delete (for example, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\Zoom &In).
Choose Export from the Registry menu and export that branch to a file.
Now delete the key.

Hi,
I have installed and then uninstalled a program called
Download Accelarator Plus. Now, whenever I go to net and
right click on some downloadable object the drop down
menu contains <Download with Free Download Accelarator>.
Any help to remove it will be appreciated.
P.S. I have checked the system registry also.
