If when you installed the service pack and you ticked
the "archive files" box, then you should have a
c:\windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$ directory with an .exe
in it that you can run.
You should also see it in your control panel, in
add/remove software. If you didn't tick the box, then I
don't think you can.
