Is it legal to take the Outlook 2003 License that comes with Exchange
Server 2003 and downgrade it to Outlook XP or 2000? I can't find
anything regarding it in the Outlook EULA, and it is of importance
that I find an answer. I am just trying to avoid calling Microsoft
due to it taking forever on the phone to get ahold of someone.
Thanks.

I have found the licensing people relatively easy to get on the phone. My
understanding is that the standard volume license allows downgrading.

Hello,

I have MS Office Small Bus 2003. I need to downgrade Outlook 2003 so it is compatible with my work Exchange Server which is 2000. Can anyone tell me where and how I do this please?

Much appreciated,
Jane

No need. Outlook 2003 is perfectly compatible with Exchange 2000.
