My system will not allow me for some reason to download
the Microsoft java virtual machine (msjvm). How do I get
this to download. This is a new computer system.

Download Microsoft JavaVM from here:
http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/msjavx86.exe

Then, update the version to build 3810 via WindowsUpdate.microsoft.com site. [important]
