doubt in vb.net

I have to upload the tiff image using FTP.
I have used a com component 'AxInet'.
Iam getting an
exception"System.ComponentModel.LicenseException":you do
not have license to use that ActiveX component.
What should i do.
can any body help me in this regard.

Do you have that component installed on the machine(not just copied and registered) you are trying to use it from?
